A sick irritation turned into a doctrine.
Your specifically designated belief you’ve lived by,
Ever since reaction turned to attraction.
I’ve complicated every child of this doctrine,
Turned their stories inside out,
Disembodied their experiences
And created am amazing advance.
You’ve made me a scientist
Chemicals and tubes,
Figurines of what could be.
And feelings that were once to exist.
But imagination’s my inspiration,
And what I create isn’t yours.
Your talent’s as I see it,
You can mold into creatures of choice
Change your color, chameleon or snow rabbit.
Not dependant on weather, but of attraction.
Ever since the doctrine was born.
It’s taken me months to realize this,
My materials hadn’t all arrived
My experiment wasn’t complete
I regulated the temperatures,
Fixed and placed all of my variables.
But the once was missing.
And I hated myself for forgetting,
You might think it’s so simple.
I was forgetting human nature.
